Design One + Estimate

I create a design and estimate for you to have a look at. We chat about any changes that need to be made.

Design Two + Estimate

Same process as iteration one, building on what we’ve already created.

Final Design + Quote

Lock in a more specific price and timeline for the project.

Housekeeping - Agreement and Deposit

Sign a build agreement and take care of the 60% deposit required to lock in your slot.

The build phase begins! In a custom build, we will still have an open channel of communication as the work progresses, and we will still have the opportunity to make minor tweaks and adjustments.
